At Vasilki, every order is prepared with care. We want you to enjoy every bite, and your satisfaction is important to us.
Food & Bakery Items
Because our products are fresh and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food, pastries, cakes, or beverages.
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request a photo of the item so we can better understand the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- A full or partial refund
Custom Cakes & Special Orders
Custom cakes and special orders are made specifically for you and are non-refundable once production has begun.
If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if production has not yet begun. Once preparation has started, cancellations and refunds may no longer be available.
